Donna MacMeans, author of "The Education of Mrs. Brimley", was a guest at the August book club get together. Donna is a friend of mine and I was the hostess. We had a great turnout and everyone brought delicious food. Donna talked about how she became a romance author- she is actually a CPA in real life! She autographed everyone's book so it was a special evening. Donna has a new romance novel out called "The Trouble with Moonlight" which I have already read and it is also quite enjoyable. :)
